KVPAC Program Opportunities to Underwrite
 
·         Annual KVPAC Arts for All! Family Festival (minimum sponsorship $1250) Held at the beautiful LaCenterra at Cinco Ranch, this FREE event draws over 10,000 people each year from all over the community to promote the Arts in Katy, with activities and artistic demonstrations and more than 15 musical & theatrical stage acts performing and over 50 local business vendors.

Books Alive! Literacy through the Arts (minimum sponsorship $1000) Books Alive! is KVPAC’s professional acting troupe committed to the promotion of literacy through the art of theatre to children, ages 3-8. Help obliterate illiteracy by showering children with a love of reading through interactive workshops, storytelling and live musical theatre adaptations of children’s books. Program tours to hospitals, Title 1 schools & homeless shelters as well as local public and private elementary schools.

·         History Alive! Learning History through the Arts (minimum sponsorship $750) History Alive! is KVPAC’s all new program presented by the same professional acting troupe of Books Alive!
History Alive! provides an innovative presentation intended to inform, educate and inspire Junior High and High School students by literally bringing history to life. A 45-minute live performance, reenacting a significant historical moment in time, will help older children relate to and value the importance of these various consequential and memorable events. Program tours to Title 1 schools and all local public and private high schools and junior high schools. 

·         Healing Arts Program (minimum sponsorship $1000) KVPAC entertains the Arts In Medicine patients and their families in both out-patient and in-patient units at Texas Children's Hospital's Cancer Center. The venture titled, With All Your Art, consists of local artists who visit critically ill children bedside, and within a few hours help them create a “wall-ready” work of art. Creating art in a short amount of time can be gratifying and empowering to children struggling with health problems.

·         Art Scholarship Program (minimum sponsorship $750) Support artful students deserving the recognition for excellence who may otherwise not afford tuition costs. Visual Art classes bolster creativity and imagination at all ages.

·         Masterpiece Art Series (minimum sponsorship $500) Professional presentation and instruction of classic works and their artists to local Katy elementary schools, both public and private.

·         Theatre Scholarship Program (minimum sponsorship $750) Tuition costs should not hinder the independence and confidence gained by an experience on the stage. Share the passion of theatre with our next generation of thespians.  

·         Brookwood Community Theatre Program (minimum sponsorship $750) Private performances in the Fall and Spring for residents of Brookwood, an educational and residential facility designed to enhance the lives of adults with intellectual disabilities.

·         Special Needs Art Blast Program (minimum sponsorship $500) Provides activities and venue for children with all types of disabilities and their siblings.

·         PreK Scholarship Program (minimum sponsorship $750) Give the gift of fundamental learning to little ones with disadvantaged financial situations who are eager to embrace academics taught through theatre, art & music.

·         Encore Players (minimum sponsorship $500) Katy’s only adult community theatre ~ Bring Broadway to Katy, Texas! Help KVPAC succeed in orchestrating a well needed cultural explosion in the community. Experience the thrill of opening night, red carpet walks and being part of the elite sponsorship circle of the theatre world!

Those serviced by KVPAC programs include the general public and under-served populations such as those who are financially disadvantaged, at-risk youth, and mentally or physically challenged.
