Season Ticket Subscription Policies
Season Ticket Holders (STHs) choose from 3 different theatre packages: Adult, COMPANY or The Grand Finale.
No other combination of shows is permitted to be sold.
Once package is chosen, STHs select which performance for each show within the package they wish to attend.
No other combination of performances can be chosen. Only 1 performance for each show.
Benefits for STHs: reduced tix prices, pre-seating before general public 30 mins prior to performance, date flexibility if you want to exchange tix for a different performance date (within the same show only).
STHs may upgrade to VIP status at any time.
Benefits for VIPs: all the same as STHs including call ahead reserved seating for each seat in their package per show. All VIP upgrades are $25 each per seat.
Call ahead seating is first come - first served by show only, not by season or year. Reservations are taken the MONDAY before each show opening.
Half-season packages are available for Spring Season Shows only.
Box Office will confirm all VIP seating requests prior to shows. (If VIPs don’t call to reserve, Box Office will contact them.)
House Manager is in charge of reserving all VIP seats. (Referencing seating chart created by Box Office for each performance.)
There will be a ‘named’ paper placed on each VIP seat clearly indicating they are reserved. If they are moved or removed, the House Manager will know it.
Patrons chose 1 performance ONLY per show for their Season Tix Holder status and/or VIP seating. Once they have utilized their Season Tix and/or VIP status for a show, it is GONE until the next show in their package.
Once a show has completed, any unused VIP upgrade seats are not transferable to another show within a STH's package.
Upon arrival at the box office, each Season Tix Holder will be given a small reusable laminated ticket that denotes their status (regular Season Tix Holder or VIP).
They will be asked to stand 'outside' the general audience line in the lobby creating a new line for Season Tix Holders only. Facing the theatre doors, general audience stands to the right and STH stand to the left.
VIP's can wait where ever they want because their seats are reserved.
The House Manager will open the Theatre 30 mins prior to show time and announce STHs to enter.
House Manager will retrieve the reusable laminated tickets from STHs and VIPs upon entry to theatre to be used again and again.
Once House Manager has seen them all seated, general audience may enter.
If STHs are not in lobby 30 mins prior to performance time in order to enter theatre first before the general audience, they forfeit their priority seating for that show.
Anyone can save a seat once they enter the theatre, however, the House Manager has the right to un-save any seat depending on the size of the expected house or if the saving of seats by an individual or group seams excessive.
The House Manager has the right to remove any patron from the theatre who violates theatre policies or protocol without a refund. The following will not be tolerated:
· Excessive talking
· Cell Phone use (ringing, talking or texting)
· Flash photography
· Video taping
· Improper conduct
Additional Theatre Policies
· NEW!! Regular Ticket holders may purchase a one-time VIP upgrade to any performance for an additional $10 per seat ~ GRAND STAGE SEATING ( guaranteed seat in the first two rows!)
· Private Members receive maximum 4 FREE Saturday Matinee Open-Enrollment & Matinee Summer Broadway Series tickets per show
· Private Members receive Encore Players BOGO (buy one full price get one free) Matinee tickets only
· All theatre tickets are non-refundable
· Only tickets belonging to Season Ticket Holders are exchangeable for a different performance within a show
